Mr. Praveenkumar K S holds BSc degree in Mathematics from Newman College. He took his MCA from Nrimala College, affiliated to MG university, Kottayam. He has two years of industrial experience and more than seven years of teaching experience in UG and PG level. Now he is Pursuing PhD at Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore . He is doing research in Big Data.
He has attended number of national conference/seminars/workshops. He has participated National Conference-2 days- Titled Current trends in machine learning techniques and application at MES college, Marampilly, by Department of Computer Application . In connection with CSI , he has attended the Two day ISTE e-Seminar on Step 2 Research organized by Department of Computer Science, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally in association with ISTE Kerala Section and CSI Cochin Chapter . Also he has attended National Workshop on Cyber Crimes and Cyber Laws in association with CMAI Association of India, by School of Indian Legal Thought, MG University , Kottayam. He has presented paper titled Diabetes Mellitus Prediction in Big Data – Using Hadoop / Map Reduce Frame Work (Survey) in the 6th National Conference on Recent Trends and Advances in the Field of Information Technology held at Department of Computer Science, Applications & Information Technology , KAHE, Coimbatore on 28th September 2018.
Faculty Training Programs Attended: He has participated in “Faculty Training Programme on Android Development” held at De Paul Institute of Science and Technology Angamaly on 4th and 5th April 2019 under the auspices of School of Computer Science (UG).
Also participated five day FDP on “Emerging Trends in Big Data Analytics and Hadoop” sponsored by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology, Lakkidi on 14th January 2019 to 18th January 2019.
Attended two day Faculty Development Programme on “Data Mining and Warehousing” organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SNGIST on 4th and 5th January 2019.

She joined the BCA department of SNGIST Arts & Science College on 01/06/2016 and having a total experience of 10.1 years in teaching field. Previously, she worked with SNM group of institutions for 8 years. She graduated from M.G University. She is a B.Tech holder in Computer Science& Engineering. Then she took her Post Graduation in the computer science & Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. She entered her academic career on 03/03/2008 as an assistant professor, soon after her graduation. She worked as the head of department of Computer Science & Engg. of SNMIMT, Maliankara for nearly 1.6 years.

After that she joined Santhigiri college of computer science. Thodupuzha. as Assistant professor of Statistics for two years. Now she working SNGIST group of institutions as Assistant Professor and got one year experience from here.She had attended several workshops on Spss and very interested in statistical Analysis.
